Join us for 2 nights of rest and relaxation, a chance to reset and a break from everyday life.
Each day will include two restorative classes: a dynamic flow yoga class in the morning and a restorative yoga session in the afternoon. All classes are suitable for complete beginners with zero experience of yoga.
The yoga sessions will be a deeply restorative Yin practice. You will be guided through slow, considered movements to calm your body and mind, resetting your nervous system and rounded off with a guided meditation.
Inbetween classes, you are free to explore the surrounding countryside, use the hot tubs or take a cheeky nap! There will also be a range of beauty and relaxation treatments available to book with a visiting beauty therapist.


Accommodation and catering
Set in a large country house in the rolling hills of Shropshire, near Ludlow, our stunning venue consists of five self contained apartments. Apartments sleep up to 4 people and are offered as shared or single occupancy. Beds are set up as single beds. Each apartment has it's own kitchen and living area with ensuite bathrooms/shower rooms. All meals are provided at the retreat by an expert catering team. Expect fresh, seasonal produce and tasty nourishing meals prepared by professional chefs. Menus will be shared closer to the retreat.
Cost includes all meals and access to all classes. 3 meals and snacks provided daily.

Refunds & cancellations
There is a non refundable £150 levy on all bookings.
If you require a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Vic directly to arrange. Refunds will only be issued up to 30 days before the retreat. If you wish to cancel after this time, please contact Vic.

The Retreat team
Your host, Victoria, will be with you all weekend and will be joined by an incredible yoga practitioner, her sister Olivia. An expert in supporting women, Olivia will be offering a range of gentle, easy classes across the weekend that focus on chilling the fuck out rather than getting your legs behind your ears or doing headstands. Classes are completely voluntary, so if you'd rather flick your bean in your bedroom, there's no pressure to attend. A full schedule of the weekend will be available closer to the retreat.
